Brussels Sprouts and Chorizo

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Low Sodium Chicken Stock
STEP 1: Prepare
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts - chop off the bottoms, slice them in half length-wise and pull off the outer leaves.
STEP 2: Add
Add olive to the pan, and prepare the crispy Chorizo - about 10 minutes.
STEP 3: Chop
Chop, then toast the almonds - in a toaster oven, or in a pan.
STEP 4: Add
Add the rest of the olive oil to the pan, add the Brussels sprouts and the chicken stock and saute for about 10 minutes.
STEP 5: Toss
Toss all prepared ingredients in the pan, then add to a plate to enjoy!
