Ingredients
Couscous
Chicken Stock
Curry Powder
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Raisins
Drained Chick Peas
Chopped Cilantro
Chopped Green Onions
Instructions
STEP 1: Pour
Pour couscous into a bowl.
STEP 2: Mix
Mix chicken stock, curry powder, salt, pepper, olive oil and chick peas in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat.
STEP 3: Pour
Pour boiling liquid over the couscous.
STEP 4: Seal
Seal the bowl with plastic wrap and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
STEP 5: Fluff
Fluff couscous with a fork.
STEP 6: Add
Add raisins, cilantro, and green onions. Mix gently.
STEP 7: Top
