It’s fiery hot in taste. And it’s fiery hot as in trendy. 

Gochujang (go-chew-jhang) is a Korean chili paste made from red chile peppers, sticky rice, fermented soybeans and salt. Special variations can even include pumpkin and sweet potato.

Gochujang’s taste is complex: spicy, salty and sweet with a deep rich flavor. 

We’re using Gochujang in our Korean BBQ Almonds Glazed Mix. But who knows where else it might turn up?
