Next, we are committed to moving outward and joining a growing movement of businesses committed to minimizing their environmental impact. As our company grows, we intend to not only pay attention to our environmental footprint, but be a leader in all environmental and health issues surrounding the products and ingredients we purchase and use.

Sahale Snacks participates in the non-profit, Bonneville Environmental Foundation’s (B-E-F) Renewal Energy Development Program. As a member of the program, Sahale purchases carbon offsets for 100% of the energy used in the manufacturing and packaging of our products. B-E-F invests our contributions in wind farms in the Pacific Northwest.

We also support a variety of other nonprofit organizations such as the Washington Trails Association, Northwest Harvest Foodbank, Washington Wilderness Coalition and the Seattle Children’s Hospital.
